@roo yeah like YTA a little bit. You knew the window was 9-12, yet still decided to “get on with your day” at 11 and make an an important call? I get that it sucks waiting for things to go down when you have other things to do, but you went into this situation knowing the time frame. Why not go somewhere else for the important call?
