I also have chronic issues I deal with. Keeping a diary of things I eat and activities has definitely helped me cope and reduce substantially to be somewhat normal.
And of course the right med combination… which seems ever changing haha

Have you looked into food allergies for the chronic fatigue and chronic pain? Some of the weirdest shit can cause that.
