The fight for $15 movement started 13 years ago. $15 in 2012 money is equal to over $20 in 2025 money. It's taking the most progressive senator we've got to even suggest a pittance that is below what we've been asking for for over a decade.
In my late 20s my doc told me to start resistance exercises to fight off the atrophy, sounds like its coming a little early for you, but not abnormal. I can't recomend enough some basic weight routines that more or less get your whole body. Pilates is great if you dont want to use weights or training machines at the gym.

People discount how often heterosexual males will give pretty privilege to other good looking males. People just prefer more attractive people even if it's not sexual.
Yep, came in this thread to mention the same. There are similar studies showing shorter people of all genders get taken less seriously than taller people. Doesn't matter if I believe in pretty privilege or not, it's documented and real.
I don't have the best grasp on Vietnamese history but I believe they dont have much love for either of these countries historically. I believe, iirc, they have in the past few years been open to more American trade and influence but not sure that sentiment is true with Trump in office.
If we make them pick one, it won't be the US simply because China is the far more reliable partner. The US could leave you high and dry every four years based on how a few hundred thousand people in key districts in about five states feel. You can't build a stable economic foundation on top of the whims of the worst people from places like Arizona and Pennsylvania.
Some of them could use more lead imo.
Any country that operates like Isrsel should not exist.
