This was in America though. So, no, it is not just pros doing it. And even then there are mistakes and complications. It is a medically unnecessary, elective surgery that should be stopped.

A little Final Fantasy Tactics, No Man's Sky, as always, but mostly it has been BitCraft Online. I have not found a great controller setup for it, but it plays great with keyboard and trackball.

For some reason, your link for !dumpsterdiving@slrpnk.net is not working. I get a something went wrong error. I had to search the community to find it.

I met both my best friend, and my wife (two different people) on the internet. However I met both of them back in the 90s when there were only dozens of us on the net at the time.

Or something like a grease gun that screws or clamps onto the valve and then forces the goop in.

I am downloading Mint xfce currently, was to see how that runs and if it goes well do cinnamon. The laptop has an M.2 SSD, unsure of the capacity, but I am going to guess 512gb.

congrats on having one btw

My wife has an old Lenovo i5 thinkpad that we would like to use again with linux, before buying a new computer. I was wondering if there is a tool that I can input the model and stats of the device and it will output a few suggested distros for it.

It is the X1 Carbon 20BT with the i5-5300U Processor, it has 8gb ram. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/pd100509-overview-for-thinkpad-x1-carbon-type-20bs-20bt

Update: I have installed mint xfce but am downloading cinnamon and switching to that.

$2500 for what seemed to be the low end.

I looked at some bikes last night, way more than I thought I was to be paying for this idea.

She has thermal boots, but even with those I worry at the temps we get when I can feel the heat through my shoes.

Trying to cut down my vehicle usage, however my 75lbs dog comes to work with me every day. I live in an area that is too hot for her to walk with her feet unprotected a significant portion of the year.

I was hoping to convert my niece's old bike trailer into a dog trailer to pull behind. But so far the only two I have found were $1300 and $1500 and it looks like one of them is no longer available.

I recently started to play a crafting mmorpg (bitcraft) and while it runs great on the steam deck, the controls are not great. I have been playing with an old dell usb keyboard and Bluetooth trackball. I would like to find a great Bluetooth keyboard. So many of the wireless keyboards I have looked at require a dongle, which limits my ability to charge unless I use a dock.

I would rather a larger keyboard than a smaller one.

With the impending closure of lemm.ee and both of the current mods being MIA I created a new foraging community !foraging@slrpnk.net

Come join us and share your forages, or learn about ours.

Even Furiosa, my dog, is foraging.

I have long thought the birds were beating me to the ripe currants we pass on our morning hike. But yesterday I was close enough to my dog to catch her foraging them!

I have suspected her foraging for a few weeks, I was visiting my sister on our family farm, there are wild wolf berries (goji) between her house and the farm house. And she saw the dog eating berries off the bushes.

There were some good ones this morning.
