Yeah, you’d either have to be good at meeting strangers to charge at private homes, or ready to hike to public outlets (and camp near them) if you want to solo a e scooter across the country.
nilloc
Yeah he’s already upgraded to a MIPS helmet.
The Bluey helmet might have actually been a Schwinn. It has I think the identical molding and hardware as this one. I know Schwinn isn’t what it used to be (I assume the name was sold off to a holding company years ago), but it still seems like they should be better than the alphabet soup brands on Amazon.
We’d need some of that transparent steel from Star Trek, but I’m all for it!
I have the manual transmission and pedal box from my 97 Impreza to manual swap one of these when the right one comes along.
I also have a Commodore 64 and a bunch of games and joysticks in the same garage. Nice retro computer!
Even the steering wheel is a thing of beauty. Alfas are definitely the attractive cars that know it.
I’m 6’3” and delivered a red AW11 600 miles (including 200 through NH and VT mountains) for a friend. If it didn’t have a sunroof I wouldn’t have fit, and I couldn’t wear a baseball cap without risking the button pressing into my skull.
Still worth it, but I was definitely sore after 10-12 hours. If I had the means I’d definitely consider an SW20 and especially a Turbo. It was the best handling little car since my Scirocco (which are loads roomier BTW).
Pleasantly surprised by the cheapest Bikeroo helmet. Pretty disturbed by the counterfeit $300 one.
We bought a Bluey helmet at Wally world for my toddler when he was learning (we started during a vacation and options were limited). The glue holding the adjustable headband in softens in the sun, then glued his hair to the helmet. So that’s gone now.
Looking forward to VT testing kids helmets. Seems like something that would have already been done, since we’ve had kids bike helmets since the 80s (when I started wearing one).
It also means there are probably 7 other “brands” that need recalling because there’ they’re the same helmet.
We’re lucky if they get past 2 amendments.
Then after committing crime because they assumed said 1st and 2nd amendments allowed it, the learn about the 5th amendment.
They’re probably spending intervening 10 months cleaning all the embarrassing comments out of the code before the initial commit.
Andor did a good job of not giving a shit about the Jedi and also showing how terrible the fascist empire was. The whole prison episodes were really amazing.
Tap for spoiler
And all those prisoners for some hinges in the Death Star cannon.
Diesel fuel would probably work ok, gasoline will evaporate and make it rust quicker.
The way Elon’s politics have gone it wouldn’t surprise me if he started promoting fossil fuel use.
