Don’t underestimate the dipshit antivaxxer hippies out there that were otherwise democratic voters (if they could remember to vote.

I know a couple. I’m working on them but not very hopeful. I’m also a bit worried their kid is gonna die from whooping cough or measles.

VW was initially disappointed that its factories in the southern US weren’t unionized. All their German factories are.

I’ll see if I can find the article, I think it was road and track many years ago.

Edit: the previous failed votes were blamed on Tennessee politicians including Bob Corker.

In 2014 VW was reported as:

Volkswagen did not oppose the U.A.W. partly because its officials were eager to create a German-style works council, a committee of managers and blue-collar and white-collar workers who develop factory policies, on issues like work schedules and vacations. Volkswagen, which has unions and works councils at virtually all of its 105 other plants worldwide, views such councils as crucial for improving morale and cooperation and increasing productivity.

If he really was clicking his tongue as he walked out of the court, that’s what my MIL started doing as her Alzheimer’s dementia started getting bad.

Trump tower, or just the men’s room at the Supreme Court?

Rivian trucks have optional ones too, it’s how they can do tank turns.

I think there was a Mercedes as well, but I’m not sure if it made it to production.

Wheel motors powerful enough to drive a full size vehicle will result in a. Lot of unsprung weight.

The Rivian trucks and SUVs also have available quad motor (which is how it can do those tank turns on loose surfaces). It uses drive axles with CV joints like modern independent suspensions in conventional cars use. Stupid expensive though, $80,000 plus last time I looked.

We even have our own annoying group of brigade-ers.

I’ll see myself out.

American here, everything in recent news suggests Milei is a clown though, and I wouldn’t trust another floppy haired politician’s motives without more information.

That is, of course, assuming they don't do something monumentally stupid like giving Musk his 55 billion dollar bonus, which will wipe out every dime of profit they've ever made.

Or building a polarizing (fugly) truck that is impossible to efficiently and reliably produce quickly enough to meet the inflated demand Musk created by lying about its capabilities and features?

When they get old and central enough for hacker kiddies to have, I predict jail breaking will be pretty common.
