Apple certified refurbish section got them, not sure if 13 mini but I saw 12 mini few days ago for less than 400 gbp in uk so im pretty sure they’re also available in us

No issues whatsoever, battery is much better since last update.
And you’re moaning about 5gb?
Had the same feelings for about two first weeks, then i just get used to new phone.
