Its neofetch but called from a app that let you call termux from a small window. The app is Termux:Float, it is in the description.
There is something about black backrounds with white and yellow accents that looks like something that was futuristic in the past and I can't wrap my head around it. It feels like many games where designed like that but can't mention one. Looks great btw.

Agree, I tested gnome on Debian and even then too many extensions tend to break some things.
It is cava, an audio visualizer. And the wm is i3.
It still is sadly. I think its still the best fullyFOSS one out there. At least for me.
