I think the last time I used Safari was on my 7s. Now I use Firefox.

Do you keep it in the same pocket as your keys? I use my 13 since 2 years without a screen protector, not a single scratch anywhere. Had my iPhone 4 for 4 years without protection and also no single scratch.
