Get the 4K, it doesn't matter than your TV is 1080p. They lowered the price to 129$ buck on the last refresh which is basically the price of the HD when it was still sold (99$). Unless you get it for basically free I wouldn't bother

Apple almost never do discount directly. But most retailer do discount Apple gift card by 10-20% sometime
Apple TV+ has it listed as "2023", so you shouldn't have to wait too long
