it's hard to prove that point, though. rolling out self driving may just make car usage go up and negate rate decreases by increasing overall usage

I'm always impressed by the massive community garden right next to a bunch of mid-low density housing whenever I go to a certain park. it's next to some tight old neighbourhoods with detached homes on small lots and townhomes/short apartments. the thing takes up more space than a small park and is clearly maintained and active.
it's nice to see.
just to be clear, you're are saying that they should playing with choking hazards, right?
because that seems the most appropriate
not to mention that you're punished for it if you don't buy a high riding vehicle, because every other vehicle nowadays has weaponized headlights for lowbeams
Trump would say "could care less"
or I would assume so, anyways
who gives a fuck
Epstein file ya gd pedoliar
not atached to a vehicle, not required
and cops are hitting non-violent protestors in the face with rubber bullets
boohoohoo don't dish it if you can't take it
$150k household income is not enough to afford a house, middle class standard of living, children, and retirement savings since you don't have a pension. at least in my area.
it'll get you lower middle class, maybe.
I'm not saying these people should be having money issues, they need to budget appropriately. but what used to be possible 20 years ago just isn't now, you need to choose one big thing to drop, whether that's a detached house, children, expensive hobbies, trips, etc
there's too much shifting of the goal posts for what middle class is, I think it has slipped too far downwards
yes, conservatives think that men are cutting their balls off
The garden wasn't replaced. the grass lawn was. big difference
