Newer Pixels are having hardware chips dedicated to AI in them, which could be able to run these locally. Apple is planning on doing local LLMs too. There's been a lot of development on "small LLMs", which have a ton of benefits, like being able to study LLMs easier, run them on lower specs, and saving power on LLM usage.

It works with the addon enabled, just like desktop firefox. But right now it's a bitch to manually install addons on the android version, so it's a lot of work. I just use newpipe-sponserblock. Or also LibreTube is also nice while also having sponserblock built in.
They should really just host their own fdroid repo with binaries of pre-patched apps at their default enabled patches.

Think what you're talking to more applies to add-ons like dark reader. Websites can't see what your browser visually looks like.
Maybe they can see if your userchrome js modified the height by seeing the viewport size, but that's getting way paranoid for it to be realistically used against you
