Christmas isn't a religious holiday. Christmas today has basically nothing to do with the birth of Jesus, just like how Halloween isn't celebrating the Grim Reaper. It's just a fun and festive time.

Uh when is the last time you used proton? That's not even slightly true. I just beat Baldur's Gate 3, it "just work", zero issues from proton's side of things. I play Genshin Impact too, which works with zero configuration or anything. Even the anti cheat they made compatible with it.

Definitely not. The more I use LLMs, the more I realize how error prone and unreliable they are. They're good for generate flavor text, I would never rely on them for anything critical. Context size and nothing verifying correctness of the output are two big ones where they'll never replace humans. They're a useful tool to augment productivity, they're no where near replacing humans yet.

Proton is good enough that I'm extremely confident that games will "just work" even if it's a fresh release. If it for some reason doesn't, refunding is free and easy. Though it sounds like it's an unoptimized mess regardless lol.

Oh damn this is a huge release. The last couple of updates have been pretty small on the user end but it looks like a ton of features finally were ready for release this time. They're even releasing some of their fingerprint resistance features as enabled by default which is really cool.
