Try primal as client. And set up your authentication.

Nostr is more of an ecosystem for developing apps that a social media protocol. There are great apps to explore that are based on Nostr.
Blogging, podcasts, music collaboration, streaming...
As for content is lacking quality. Bitcoin floods, zats addiction etc.
