I'll give you that the ratio of puzzles:combat was a bit much. But combat was fantastic, what do you mean by it not working?

I liked what Reddit used to be, but I refuse to support the platform now.

I like what Fedi stands for, but it can't - and might never - replace all the small niche subs I used Reddit for. But I'm still here to try and push for a platform that no CEO can enshittify.

People who are way too horny for underage characters, and get extra defensive about it when anyone dares to say that shit's gross.

Weebs who idolize Japan even they know nothing about it beyond what they learned from anime, and constantly use it to put down the west and western media.

But most especially when the above two overlap with right wing talking points, frequently used to push a narrative that the left is coming to take away your anime titties. I've noticed this becoming more and more of a serious problem.

Game Boy is one of the worst versions. The randomizer is bugged, doesn't deal pieces evenly. That's a pretty massive problem.

I'd already been on the microblogging side of Fedi (Pleroma) for a while, I appreciate the philosophy of a platform no one CEO can control. But the first time I saw the Threadiverse I kinda wrote it off because it clearly didn't have enough activity to replace Reddit for the niche communites I was mostly active on.

But when the API fiasco happened, I committed to trying Kbin out. And when the sub I moderated got actively threatened by the admins during the blackout, I decided I was never going back.

I've accepted that this platform will never have the kinds of /r/gameI'mcurrentlyplaying subs I liked Reddit for, but it is a solid place for general news and discussion (reminds me of old Digg now that I think about it), and I'm just not going back to Reddit ever.

I'd love a plush Shouko Nishimiya from A Silent Voice.

Also gimme more stuff with Akagi, Kaiji, and anything/everything else written by Nobuyuki Fukumoto.

Grew up watching The Daily Show and Colbert Report, but I'll admit The Late Show just never did it for me. I tuned in for the opening monologue and that was it, and after a while just stopped watching.

Still, shame to see it end this way, especially knowing that this is almost certainly retaliatory. I just hope The Daily Show doesn't get the axe too, because I've been very impressed by how they've been better than ever lately.

I'm surprised they've gotten away with shipping preloaded SD cards for so long. That was a risk waiting to blow up in someone's face, though it obviously isn't fair to be going after some guy rather than the distributors.

Somehow I don't think he'll be the make-or-break that determines whether the files get released.

Wish they'd stop calling CGI 'live action'. Because imagine if this was actually live action for real, I might actually watch that.

For all practical purposes, PRNGs are uncertain. True quantum randomness really only matters for cryptographic security, it's not important here.
