I'm unable to login with my .world account for any app. Luckily I still had connect using it, so as of right now that's the only way I can use my lemmy.world account.

I'm unable to even log into my .world account anymore. So just gonna use my other ones for now.
I am noticing a lot of comments from lemmy.world communities can't be seen from my other accounts like lemmy.ca or programming.dev.
Aside from that, I think it's nice to be on a smaller instance.
Can't login anymore. I'll just use my .ca account for now while things get sorted. Not a big deal. These things take time.

I'm a sync guy but this news has me so excited. I will try Boost for Lemmy when it comes out and likely support it anyways.

I know everyone seems to be hating karma but I do like that dopamine release. Ofx it will get abused... but what if there are just tiers, rather than seeing a number go up.
And at the highest tier, it doesn't matter anymore. That was you can see who is most active and it kind of gives just a bit of prestige. Furthermore, you won't see a number going up forever, so after awhile it's not like you want to keep gaming the system to see the number go up. But at the same time you can feel some some of progression.
Anyways, it's just a random thought I had as I am grinding on SF6 today haha. I could easily do without karma but it's just a thought.
I wish more people in my life would use Signal but I've given up on converting people from WhatsApp.
I pretty much just use everything. my messaging folder has Signal, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, SMS, etc lol.
I actually liked karma points. But I can live without it. It's not that important.
