Can't really explain why but I'm way more active here. I think I just really want Lemmy to succeed.

YSK: Subscriber count on communities only show the numbers of users subscribed from your specific instance. The real number might be much larger than you think. in c/general@lemmy.world

I hope this is something they can fix in the future. It's much more useful to see total subscribers overall.

Yep, me too. I've made the switch permanently a few weeks ago. Really nice to see more users come here and content is starting to flow.

Don't really miss the old site anymore.

I sorely miss /r/PCGaming.

I know there are a few on here and I am going to try to post on them to try to get it going. Still a long way to go though.

It'll take time.

I use both MacOS and Windows.

I think both have their uses and strengths. I don't really like putting one down over the other.

We've grown an absolute shit ton of people the past day, insanely nuts to see how active World is. in c/general@lemmy.world

Yeah it's really amazing to see the growth. I switched to my lemmy.ca account for now as I started to really feel the server bog down. Hopefully things go well.
