Another vote for icecast here.
Yeah I can see how it can be intimidating at first, but like you said, it's really not that big of a deal. One trick with tight hamstrings is putting a plate under heel when you squat and as your hamstrings loosen you gradually use lighter plates until you're using none.
At that time frame it is normal
How long have you been going to the gym?
Because it's so new you'd have to use a vendor image, but armbian exists for the M1 so I imagine it will be ported soon.
At least wait until you meet their parents so you can give your full presentation in front of the whole family.
Do you have an insta?
No.
Problem solved.
DVD is a good android app on fdroid, and 9xbuddy is a decent (though riddled with ads) web based solution.
That kind of pain is not normal. Deadlift is a great exercise for grip strength, as are grip trainers. Our wrists and forearms grow and strengthen naturally via routines where grip is essential, as above. Do not use straps. Chalk should be sufficient if having issues.
I absolutely agree about the sincerity. Honestly give me an ineptly made movie any day where the filmmaker at least did his best to bring his creative vision alive using the limited tools at his disposal over a billion dollar cookie cutter blockbuster created by a focus group.
