What excactly dont you like about FF? The ability to add addons (on nightly, you can even add any Desktop add-on you like), tab containers / cookie jars, or the flawless syncing to desktop, including passwords and bookmarks?

If that is your mindset, you're definitely better without root. My phone is rooted for three years now and never had any issue. I never had an app fail with my methods to hide Magisk. I even got GPay and contactless payment working when I still had Google services installed. Without them, it is impossible unfortunately.
What? There is a module for that called SafetyNetFix. I am fully rooted and can usw any App I want.

I know I'll miss the alert slider from my current OnePlus phone, when I have to replace it in the future. On the other hand, I miss the fingerprint reader in the power button. Its just more reliable.
CPU architecture wise, you can see the difference between cluttered, old x86 and ARM or even RISC-V chips. They just run so much more efficient, as you can tell with your phone lasting a day or two, or apple silicon consuming a fraction for the same performance.

Eben nicht in die gewünschte Richtung. Diese Denkweise ist verbreitet bei Aktivist:innen, aber sie übersieht doch den wichtigsten Punkt. Die Regierung wird sich niemals von einer Randgruppe zu etwas zwingen lassen.
Um etwas zu bewirken braucht es mehrere Stufen.
- Aufmerksamkeit jeglicher Form -haben sie jetzt seit Monaten.
- Anschluss aus der Bevölkerung! -ohne, dass sich normale Bürger:innen mit den Aktivisten solidarisieren, findet sich auch keine Mehrheit, Gesetze zu ändern.
Ich finde solche Aktionen sind wirklich sehr wirksam, um Aufmerksamkeit auf sich als Aktivistenbewegung zu lenken, doch die Aufmerksamkeit muss doch viel besser genutzt werden. Wenn sich die Aktivist:innen regelmäßig zu solchen extremen Maßnahmen entscheiden, finden sie immer weniger Anschluss. Dann steht nicht das Problem, auf das sie hinweisen wollen im Mittelpunkt, sonden sie werden als Problem gesehen. -und da sind wir medial und politisch doch gerade angelangt.
In der Bevölkerung hat doch kaum jemand einen Plan, was gefordert wird außer "Klima und so", aber jeder kann sich ausmalen, wie es ist, seinen Anschlussflug für den Urlaub, auf den man das Jahr lang gespart hat, zu verpassen.
Fridays for Future ist doch ein Paradebeispiel, wie es laufen kann.
- Ungehorsam, der politisch relevant war, aber keine großen Schäden für unbeteiligte bedeutet hat, verbunden mit klar kommunizierten Forderungen
- Solidarisierung von anderen Schüler:innen
- Solidarisierung von anderen Bevölkerungsgruppen 3.1 Redezeit in den klassischen Medien
- Solidarisierung von Politiker:innen.

You're only partly right. You example services. Of course it is not possible to own services. Piracy is only applicable to products. The point of the Twitter guy is, that companies intentionally stop selling their software etc. as products to sell you the same thing as a service, so that you cannot own it.
I thinks that should be a poster in every english classroom. I mean in countries with other official languages.
Our teachers always had to encourage us to use other (more nuanced) words than happy and sad.
Andernfalls würden sicherlich ein paar Beamte vorbei schauen :D
