Hii everyone
I basically want to transfer all my data from an XR to a 12, but in order to do that I have to update the 12 with the latest software version (17.1 if im not wrong). It's been taking 5 hours and im afraid there's something wrong with the phone.
I already tried to call support and they basically told me that these things may occur when the connection isnt very stable or when the update takes up much space, so I just have to wait.
Should I be patient or just give up ahaha
