I could have sworn I saw an article about it posted on tumblr earlier today but now that I look for it I can't find it, only saw a photo from a zionist account complaining about it. This video on the Toronto Sun youtube channel's description calls it an 'ad hoc' group, and has footage of the 'press conference,' apparently they wanted to hold a 'special general meeting' with all the members of this toronto pride organisation to discuss , and the leadership did not hold this meeting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFIBy1-7bOQ

EDIT: solved, I needed to move the creamapi .dll file (not actually named that but still a .dll from the main victoria 3 folder into the binaries folder. Thanks for the help, I could have figured it out without yall but I was really intimidated by the cs.rin.ru forum 😅
