Whoa that's awesome. I didn't know this was a thing but I definitely would love to get one.

There are definitely a lot of cards in here with new artwork that I would love to collect but $150 for this seems pretty crazy. Not even this but any Commander precon. I think maybe $75 is where I would expect to pay for this.

I think Pioneer masters is awesome for Arena, but I can't help but think it will cause the in-person and MTGO Pioneer communities to diminish, in the same way that Standard seems to. I recently bought into paper Pioneer and I'm still pretty irritated about all of the UB and increased sets announcements impacting what seemed like a really cool and stable format.

And a 4th time if you want to play with the physical cards in person.

That's just so sad though. It seems like Wizards just doesn't want paper constructed 60 card formats to exist.

The art on Felidar Sovereign is just so good. Definitely gotta get one of these once they get broken into singles:

A whole new video game for Commander is kind of interesting, but if it doesn't tie in directly with your Arena collection I think its kind of a non-starter. Also, it feels like that will yet again fragment the community even more. Arena seems to have already killed off in-person Standard, I can't imagine it is going to help store events if they make Commander a digital game.

I personally think all of these cards should be re-printed into regular "Universes Within" sets but I get the feeling that they'll just scatter them into the 3 Marvel sets coming out.

I missed this post when it hit, but saw the video pop up in my suggested feed. This was so cool and I never knew this little bit of history.

This is really incredibly sad. I learned about this yesterday and still can't really wrap my head around it. I remember finding out about JBro 5 or 6 years ago by seeing "TeamJbro" constantly at the top of the Vintage Cube Draft leaderboard on MTGO when I would watch people streaming it. I looked up his name and was so happy to see that he was also regularly streaming.

I watched him regularly for years, also admiring him and how incredible his energy was and how happy he always seemed to be. Over the last few years I absolutely noticed his stream taking a more non-interactive, distracted turn. He started streaming much less and less, and when he did it looked like he was not well. I always just thought of it as the tiredness from having 4 young kids, or from his political career and all of the time and energy that takes.

This news is just so counter to everything I ever thought about him but that just shows how you don't really know anything about someone unless you're with them, spending regular time in person, or having regular real conversations with them. We only ever had this image of JBro, but I can't even imagine what kinds of things he was dealing with mentally or emotionally or what.

I feel so incredibly sad, to lose this wonderful person but also for what will be an impossible thing to overcome and try to explain for the family he leaves behind. Those little kids won't have that wonderful dad anymore, and will have to forever find some way to make sense of this if they ever can.

This is just so sad. I and so many others will miss you JBro. You were an amazing person, just through and though, and there was so much positivity that I added to my life that I learned from you. There is so much about you that I have taken into my life and I'm so happy for that.

ETA - 1 final Bless Up for you JBro.

About $10 for all 10

Greetings planeswalkers! Murders at Karlov Manor (MKM) has been out for about a week now. The case was solved ([[Deduce]]), and the culprit has been arraigned ([[Dramatic Accusation]]) and taken into custody ([[Makeshift Binding]]). One of the victims is even willing to testify too ([[Call a Surprise Witness]]).

And while that’s all well and good, where does this leave us drafters? You can’t just say “Trostani did it!” when your opponent’s attacking for lethal after all. But with this guide, you’ll have a fighting chance at winning any MKM Drafts you play.

I usually use these when drafting a new set, as a LOT of work goes into creating these tierlists from the wondering JustLolaman and Scotty. They help a ton!

CovertGoBlue talks about his frustrations with the 3-year Standard rotation, and how difficult it has been lately to create Standard content.

Talks about his decaying Twitch audience and plans to move more content in YouTube. He mentions his distress in playing Arena in general, and how he doesn't necessarily want to play a different game mode in Arena.

He's will place more emphasis on Commander content. Optionally will make content elsewhere, something different or new that he is more interested in.

300 gems or 1500 gold each!
