Too little, too late. I only know 2 creators that I supported who stayed through all this. Most quit patreon when it was announced... this is hardly the worst of the fees they charge people.

What a great first concert!

I'd be interested to see if it compares favorably with white lightning, which works well (aside from the mess)

I find it interesting that simply having been involved in litigation (I got sued once for an art piece) seems to be enough that I go home every time I'm called for jury duty. They really do want people with no idea.

Same with Mexico, who hasn't considered USDA guidelines sufficient for ages. There's articles from 2008 and before about it, and it took super heavy threats from the US to force them to accept some of our trash quality produce (GMO, beef, etc).

This seems more like a motorcycle than a bike to me, but you know, I'm here for it. If the US gets more scooter culture (like Asia), it'd do wonders for the flow of traffic. Right now, cars have just gotten so huge and so dangerous they scare the heck out of me - nothing like 8,000# of low-visibility vehicle with one occupant hurtling down a 45 mph road at 65 to discourage me from being out there.

It's sort of like "would you rather fight 1 elephant sized ant or 1,000 ant-sized elephants"

A turnip truck just doesn't pack them in like a taco truck.

I've paid as much as $25 for CDs that were hard to find (bands who were on small contracts/self-pub), but in general no more than $15-20. "Average" as you say maybe $5? Anything that was in the 3 CDs for 5cents club, that's basically $2 at nearly any thrift store.

The nice thing is that CD collectors aren't nearly as "particular" as vinyl collectors, and most CD cases are way more durable than the cardboard outer/toilet paper liner of records.

I've tried to buy several things I really liked on DVD/BluRay in the last few years only to find that they either don't exist, or the quality is incredibly poor.

Coming to mind are Acorn's final seasons of Poirot, which are compressed beyond all reason and look terrible, in a case that came largely broken, and the new It, which was the most perfunctory physical copy I've ever seen.

I liked the drill attachment ones, I might get one next time. Thanks for checking them out, and the feedback :)

Oh for sure, I am doing them just for the fun of putting more out there. I'm a fan of the genre, I find repairing things to be very punk. Makes me happy to see something broken/useless/damaged/worn become useful and productive again.
