Jeg har ikke selv gjort det, men det ser ud til at du skal have dit domæne hos IONOS før man kan bruge det til Nextcloud?
Når jeg vælger "change domain", så kan jeg kun vælge de domæner jeg har hos IONOS eller købe et nyt.
