Thanks for posting this. I am the acting campaign manager for the group that proposed this amendment. We are fighting hard to collect signatures and build coalitions across the state.

I'm the acting campaign manager for the OCEQI. Wanted to mention that the CATO Institute put out a study not long ago suggesting that a majority of liberals and almost 45% of conservatives think qualified immunity should end. I think we've got a real shot. Please do let everyone know. We've got until July of 2026 to collect our signatures.
