Yep, that's what I'm doing (except different NAS). I've got the Proton connection at my firewall, but you can use a gluetun container and route your other containers through that as well.

If you're planning on publishing games in traditional channels, I'd recommend making sure your licensing is in order. I think there are some free resources in the marketplace, but otherwise, I highly recommend paying for what you need.
All the private trackers I've seen have rules saying they'll kick you out if you share their content with anyone other trackers or with DHT.
