I have no need for a lot of stuff. I make work what I can. And I keep it working as long as I can however I can.

More than likely the app package that is irritating you is called:

com.android.wallpaper.livepicker

Or something similar.

Without knowing your android aversion though, I can't say for certain.

To check for the package using ADB

adb shell pm list packages -a live

This will show you all packages which have the word 'live'

You can disable it using ADB using the command:

adb shell pm disable <package name>

You can also use a GUI tool like Universal Android Debloater
