Because the cities are named by European immigrants naming places after their home towns. It not very original but I guess its better than naming it after yourself

Agreed. I'm not defending Cruise at all. They should have humans in the car if they are testing. Or at least a drone-style driver sitting in a room watching a camera feed. I wonder if the car thought there was just a speed bump ahead. Some speed bumps are striped similar to crosswalks. I can see situations where the autopilot can't determine if something is a speed bump or genuine obstruction (either false positive or negative).

Thats the whole point of their comment. The car did not recognize anyone was on the crosswalk because it was never trained to look for people laying in the crosswalk.

DeSantis can't run again so it will be a new fascist either way.

Yes the pricing is not for locals. Its for tourists that fly in. Lots of people fly in for Disney in Orlando and Miami for beaches or cruises. Now a tourist can hit both cities without flying again or renting a car.

Its just used that way to make it less wordy. Like when people say "Raising money for cancer" instead of "raising money for cancer research". I always find it mildly humorous but the intent is obvious.

You are so right. Media/government/society has been conflating objectivity with neutrality. Many things are objectively right or wrong.

This could a nice horror film. Coach leaves Ole Miss and then has to survive a night of people dressed as rebels speaking revenge.

I'm nervous being at #3.

How is that possible? Tires alone will be that cost. Oil changes over 20 years? Even if you only changed oil annually for 20 years for $20 thats $400.

Not that you should ditch your car. I have a 12 year old with similar performance.
