Das ist ja ein fraktionsübergreifender Antrag, an dem allerdings niemand von der FDP beteiligt ist. Ich denke, da wird dann auch nicht nach Fraktion darüber abgestimmt werden. Natürlich könnte zB die CDU versuchen, bei der Abstimmung Fraktionsdisziplin durchzusetzen und ihre Abgeordneten dazu drängen, dagegen zu stimmen.
So oder so bräuchte es natürlich eine einfache Mehrheit, damit der Antrag Erfolg hat. Würden AfD, FDP und CDU/CSU geschlossen dagegen stimmen, gäbe es nur dann ganz knapp eine Mehrheit dafür, wenn alle anderen Abgeordneten dafür stimmen würden, einschließlich der ehemaligen AfD-Abgeordneter.
Wenn es im Bundestag keine Mehrheit für ein Verbotsverfahren gäbe, könnte das natürlich immer noch von Bundesregierung oder Bundesrat eingeleitet werden.
