I feel like you only do something this stupid if you don't expect your IPO to do well in a normal way.
What else is there than Linux, osx, or windows?
Yeah c# has AOT compilation now, so doesn't need a runtime
c# compiles to all platforms now. Even can debug android programs straight in windows visual studio :)

For me, i remember the first week after lasik being absolutely perfect. My eyes could resolve the detail of the moon without any squinting and it was perfect. Sadly, after a few months, its starts to regress a bit. I'm still 20/20 but now i notice a distinct blurriness, and i'm forever cursed with knowing what perfect vision is like and no longer having it 
edit: also, dry eye sucks and is permenant
Damn, you're me in 2012. Same BS in physics, graduated, didn't know what i wanted to do anymore. Luckily stumbled into programming and i love doing that.
