GNOME, for sure. It works out of the box, and it's kind of pretty out of the box.
I also tried it on a touch screen PX and it works surprisingly well.

Wow, I did not think that Lemmy have that amount of new bug
I really found XFCE not beginners friendly (or maybe if your comming from Windows 98).
Linux Mint or Ubuntu/Debian Gnome is easiest desktop linux solution. Maybe Elementary OS could be a good fit too.
I tried and it's ok but the generated markdown is too Logseq opiniated for me. Thus it kinda lock me to a specific software which I don't like
I remember I did the same mistakes few years ago. If I'm not mistaken, there is a big warning message when you try to remove Python, no?
Do you use a script for that or do you do it manually ?
Yes, sure it does.
VLC has an issue which is a no-go for me: I have +4000 audio files, and I need to add/remove my library each into VLC to sync new/removed files.
MPV, don't need to scan all my files, I just run mpv ~/Music/<artist>/<album>
and it works.
Did you try it guys ? Is it better than FF or Brave ?
