Picked up a used ASRock Rack E3C246D4U2-2T. It runs a Xeon E-2174G, this has internal graphics but the board also has an ASPEED AST2500.

The board has one HDMI port but I can't seem to get any output from it. It will boot into unraid but I can't access any bios features. I've tried different monitors and cables.

RTFM shows there are jumpers to turn BMC on/off. Tried it both ways, nothing out. CPU PECI connected to PCH or BMC jumper also doesn't seem to change anything. Does this mean it uses the igpu? Added a pcie gpu, set the jumper for a pcie gpu, and it still doesn't seem to output anything.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Surprised to have a board full of jumpers that need setting in this day and age, is this normal for server parts?

Does something like this exist?

Is there a limit on cable length? I'll be going LSI cards 2x SFF-8087 into an SFF-8087 to SFF-8088 converter board and then 2x SFF-8088 into the SAS expander.
