Can't blame you for missing the ED, it's damn cute indeed.

Shinobu you baka.

...kind of on-topic, but can I just mention that the way that Seika reads poems in ep3 and ep12 (around 12:00 for both) is rather beautiful?

I hope that this series gets a second season by the way.

...fuck!!!! Be right back, I didn't notice this until you said it, but now I'm raging. [Thank you for pointing it out!]

EDIT: done. As dumb as this might sound like, I simply cropped a screenshot of the episode as I was watching it, from a streaming service.

Fireworks from gunpowder, uh. The main task when it comes to the Michel was to fix his mindset. And it's great that Kyle managed to capitalise on that to get the alliance. No mention of guns, but I think that it's implied.

Odds are that the novel (or the manga?) series goes on, so they had to settle for a simple ending, with Arnold putting the ring on Rishe's hand and promising to travel with her.

Overall I enjoyed the series.

The way of the RPG player:

  • Disregard that you aren't supposed to fight that monster yet.
  • Abuse and exploit any mechanic that you have at hands, in creative ways.
  • Farm. Farm. Farm. Until you get 107 drop items.
  • Complain because it isn't 108.
  • Brag about it to feel less bad.

Sunraku with the crystal scorpions is so relatable.

I'm glad that it's getting a second season. The series was overall fun, but the ending got me unsatisfied.

And the evil brocon goddess dies in the same way as her brother. "Die", and she's gone!

this continues to be a fun-ner watch than it should be.

I feel like this is the whole premise of the series: by not taking itself too seriously, it's simply fun.

The parts of the plan in the secret room and in the woods sounded decently planned out, but the one with Ivy was awful. Sure, I said that Meela would eventually switch sides, but what if she didn't? It's like entering a lion's den with no weapons hoping that you can strangulate it, but you're no Hercules.

I'm also hoping for a sequel. The following arcs are cool, and the animation got a great momentum, it would be a shame if they let it drop.

I think that Frieren would notice it, if it mattered enough. However I think that she barely interacted with Land, as ally or foe.

I enjoyed the series. I hope that the success convinces the producers to invest a bit more on the second season. The first one suffered in some aspects, specially the action scenes.

On the episode: I agree with wjs018, it was a satisfying conclusion. It could be a better episode, but good enough to wrap the season up.
