Actually, it could be argued that Islamophobia is a case of leopard eating face. Jihadists commit violence in the name of Islam, a movement that Muslims still subscribe to and support. I don't recall seeing prominent Muslims condemning jihadist violence, but happy to be proven wrong there.
Just to add some more tinfoil, I have seen speculated that Hamas was the only group Netanyahu allowed to gain power, because the threat from Hamas kept him in power. Ironically, if that weren't true, Hamas would be in power anyway, because of the IDFs constant attacks and land-grabs in Palestine.

Recreate the crash and check the logs. Bottles should be writing logs, as well as the OS.
My guess is that Steam installs some extra dependencies which are also used by Bottles.
I'm not a Gentoo expert in the slightest, so I can't really comment on how to find out what extras your package manager installs.
