Trashy is as trashy does - not surprised in the least

100% disagree - 1) as I mentioned earlier car theft is a huge issue here and we need to do more to deter it both on the legislative side of the house and in enforcement 2) these are often career criminals and while we don't know the circumstances yet in this case, I would be shocked if there aren't other charges completely unrelated to this specific incident for the suspect 3) taking the position of not chasing fleeing suspects unless they are suspected of a violent crime has utterly failed here and often those involved in H&R, including those with injury, are in stolen vehicles - getting them off the road now is worth it.

I fear you are looking at this incident in a vacuum and it's a much bigger problem than you are giving it credit for

Nowhere does it mention high speed and if you knew the area you'd know that'd be difficult plus you have to enforce laws. If you just give up the second someone runs, crime just gets worse. We already had a dumb ass law here that made grand theft auto a misdemeanor and what do you know, we were #1 in the country for auto thefts. Thankfully that was changed

I'm more surprised a CO police officer gave a damn about a stolen car. My GF had hers stolen last year, we had a lead, and police couldn't have cared less. Same was true when my street parked car got totalled by a hit-and-run driver. Luckily his VIN came off and I was able to locate them and even then all he got was a slap on the wrist, meanwhile I was out thousands and stuck with a much higher interest rate.

Police are an issue, but not in this case. If anything we need much stricter penalties for auto theft and police who actually care to enforce it

Note that this will always be convex, if your 2d shape has "holes" you'll want to get a bit more creative, I like to do a difference to create the "negative" as a 3D shape, do the same exercise as above but translate slightly higher and lower and use 'difference' to create your final shape

You'll want to leverage hull! First linear extrude your PCB shape just to make it 3D, you can do something like 0.00001 then rotate to your desired angle. Make this a module then call it twice, once at wherever you want it and once more but translated on the z-axis by however high you want to "extrude". Wrap these two up in a hull and you're good to go!

Lol, and we are to believe BRICS is an actual threat to the west and to USD dominance?

It's not a defense, it's just a character statement to be taken into account in sentencing. I too think Kutcher shouldn't have written it, but it's not any kind of defense of the charges
