I'd be shocked if there wasn't rampant abuse.
A kilogram? I struggle to get a few grams down! And I think anyone who managed to eat that much would end up puking it all out in short order. It sounds like a very expensive way to waste a lot of perfectly good drugs.
There's no such instinct for weed in particular, but almost everyone seeks out psychoactive substances in one form or another.
Preventing all violence was never the goal, because everyone understands there will always be some violence. But making sure people aren't struggling to survive can greatly reduce the amount of violence happening.
They expand if they have matter falling into them.
I think they did a good job of writing a neutral comparison. Based on what it said, I think there's no reason for me to stop using VS Code right now, but I'll keep an eye on Theia and reconsider it my needs change.
