We actually have talent, our QBs just suck. If we even had say, Brock Purdy, we'd have a top 10-15 offense easily.

Greg Roman was a bad OC and the Ravens are much better with Monken.
Say what you will - Getsy has done a good job scheming up a very effective run game despite not having a legitimate QB1 on the roster.
I'm not saying I think he's great, but pretending he's the worst OC in the league is a bad take.
Dorsey is getting fired because Allen is actually good - it's harder to judge an OC when they don't have a QB.
I almost want us to fire Getsy and keep Fields to see what you guys say when he continues to be bad.
