Shattered back of my sturdy titanium phone…. Going on 13 days post an approved device replacement..
After the 10 day mark, I unlocked the rare senior specialist achievement. After 20 min on hold tech noted there were a large influx of device replacements… and stock could not be kept up..
Also noted that a new batch of repair devices should be shipped tonight.. if anyone is in the same boat.. fingers crossed.
To also note, prior older generation replacements have been a breeze.. few day wait for shipping. First “delayed” experience..
