Check out this amazing video all about Teflon. I know, nearly an hour long... Worth it!

It's accurate though...

2.5 meters (8.5 feet)! Not only that, watch further in the distance past the posts and the potted plant: As the rupture progresses, the entire surface dips slightly and then rises in an almost whip-like fashion.

Crazy to consider: What if you were, within 1.3 seconds, moved 2.5 meters to your left right now?

Locksmith here. In a pinch, I've ground the back of a jigsaw blade down, leaving just the teeth on the blade (short enough to fit above the key). Jigsaw blades, especially those intended for metal, are hardened and will easily bite into just about any key, giving enough leverage to pull out the broken piece.

My guess was wrong! My photo was also taken from Mt. Lemmon in Tucson. Great pic, BTW!

The landscape in your photo immediately reminded me of a photo I took in 2014, although I'm betting that yours was taken much closer to Phoenix than mine was.

One of the original forms of the product was a can into which you could dip an item to coat it. https://plastidip.com/product/plastidip/

I replaced the original gears for my pools in-ground cleaning system with 3d-printed versions and they lasted several seasons. I had originally intended to simply keep the system running while I waited for replacement parts to arrive.
