So that’s what happens when you get down with the clown.

Even those who use social media like to look through their galleries on their phones or online and reminisce from time to time. Those photos might seem mundane in the moment but they still become preserved memories of the past eventually. They don’t lose value to the people in them because photos became easier to take now.

I’m quite avoidant of the cloud myself, but I wouldn’t assume that no one saves things locally anymore. It’s also possible to have digital photos printed and put into a physical album.

To remind you that you’re not as tough as you think you are.

Edit: why is that one on a leash?

I prefer local markets for fresh and domestically grown produce, and because I prefer giving to the community instead of to chains. However, there are things which can only be found in larger markets because they are not grown/availble locally or currently not in season.

Local markets for quality and price, supermarkets for variety.

That’s a nice idea. When cooking for a large group, I like to have a variety of foods on the table to make sure everyone can find something they like. Sometimes I’ll make a large stack of crepes with sweet options (Eurocrem, jam, fresh fruit) and savory ones (cheese, shredded meat, ketchup, hot sauce, ajvar). I’ll also have hummus and crisp vegetables for dipping into it (carrot, celery, cucumber) and salad options. Other times I’ll make French toast and have a platter of assorted meats and cheeses. I also like making something similar to burek or pita with various fillings (spinach, mushrooms, potatoes) and cut them into smaller pieces. Ooh, and of course coffee, water, juice, and spirits to go with it.

Veel plezier! :)

It’s been answered many times already, but the most common reasons are parasocial relationships with specific creators, wanting custom or niche content that is otherwise difficult to find, or to support independent creators who want agency over their content instead of giving studios control of it.

I haven’t seen it, but for some reason I haven’t been able to forget this review:

Miso soup is something I make often and guests have commented that there is a seafood-like taste.

Mushrooms cooked the right way can be used to imitate mussels.

Seaweed/kelp in any form add an oceany flavor.

I haven’t tried these recipes yet, but maybe you’ll find one that you like: vegan seafood recipes.
