Are you running Docker from within Proxmox or next besides Proxmox ? I am not familiar with Proxmox these days, but I do know that standalone Docker + lxc can make the network of the lxc containers time out due to Docker iptables setup.

To all the commenters here writing that Brazil is testing Linux. There was a recent post on Reddit which got linked on Lemmy. That (unknown ?) poster on Reddit wrote about a test on 800 computers for some part of Brazil, if all goes well, it's for 22k computers. https://lemmy.ml/post/14397254 Now try to guess or imagine how many inhabitants the whole of Brazil has that use computers :)

If I remember correctly I saw that Proton mail (or was it Yandex translate ?) created their own reCAPTCHA, where you'd have to slide one piece outside of a puzzle into the gap of the puzzle. Neat.

Kernel downgrade does not help, but the card is visible with live boot. Good find!
