Nice. But hasn't styrstångsfylleri been illegal for much longer than that? Or just that the government has defined an exact BAC now?

Electric scooters are considered a "light electric vehicle", but they have basically the same rules and obligations as normal bicyclists (they're supposed to stay in the bike lane, etc). But the scooters aren't allowed to go faster than 25km/h, and you need to be over 15 to use one.

What benefits would Discover customers get from Capital One's acquisition? Discover acceptance in the US has been almost on-par with Visa/MC for many many years.

Diners Club is Discover, and they got bought up by Capital One a couple months ago. So you'll only really have Amex left.

Only on "I have really bad SEO" kinds of blogs. Query strings have been considered a negative thing for many many years.

sniff 5000mg of ketamine daily ... same as 2000mg if directly injected

You need to check your math and/or how much of your product was bunk. Or you were a long-term user who built up that unique perma-tolerance.

But yeah, the journalist most likely got the terms wrong. Because no one is producing ampoules with just 5mg ketamin each. It's more likely they were 5mL ampoules with 100mg/mL.

DSM

Miss me with that American junk :P But with the same logic, would you also say that gender incongruence is a mental disorder? It's in the same books, in similar sections. It's faux pas to call something a mental disorder without focusing on why it'd be that.

The ICD (and I would hope the DSM) focuses mostly on the distress the patient gets from their condition. Someone's attraction to kids, without any actions, isn't enough to get diagnosed, as it's simply a paraphilia. If they're distressed by it, or act out, then it's a diagnostic criteria and something they'd be able to get treatment for.

Nah, pedophilia is a paraphilia. And if someone suffers from pedophilic disorder, it's kinda impossible for anyone other than healthcare to know that -- unless they've made some attempts to abuse someone.

You can still consult with various interest groups without allowing actually lobbying, but I get what you mean.

don't be afraid of shit you can't control

But you can reduce the amounts of artificial sweeteners from your diet though, right? Your diet is one of the few things in life that you actually can control for the most part.

Even opposite-sex incest became legal in Sweden a couple years back. The law previously said "forbidden to have sexual intercourse with a sibling", but they changed it to "forbidden to have vaginal intercourse with a sibling". No idea if it was the (right-wing) government's intention to legalize gay-brother-sex at the same time, but here we are.

I thought they were referring to kayfabe? But I know nothing about wrestling.
