They are currently commiting the last of their reserves to this attack, which means they probably won't have anything left to even reach tokmak (remember that tokmak is behind a major defensive line and is itself extremely heavely fortified). It's a complete shitshow and their best option right now is to just cut their losses and stop this offensive
