consistency is perfect. I think it's a bit flavourless and what taste it has is not amazing. It's not bad, but i'd rather have some cream cheese or something on my bread

I also used urbech insted of tahini so that might have affected it

I'll try store-bought one to see at least what it supposed to taste like and then go from there

except the one I found didn't mention garlic or salt, which I thought was a bit weird

made some hummus for the first time and it's not that good. Either I messed something up or it's massively overrated. Gonna order some pre-made hummus and see if it tastes any better
