You're doing it wrong. Fun hot take, sure, but yeah....

Finger pointing up, here.

Could you unpack the Why?

Don't go chasing waterfalls.... errrr... Or something.

Just because you say things, doesn't make them true.

Saw this the other day, was hoping for more as I really enjoyed the Ms. Marvel series.

It felt like a poorer S2 of the show, squished into a movie, with Brie Larson for headliner appeal alone.

The only redeeming quality I walked away with was a solid choice in the use of Ratatata for the fight scene track.

Mine is so loud (she's 20ish lbs) that I am pretty sure she disturbs the neighbour beside me.

If she is that loud above me when I am downstairs, I can only imagine how it must sound to them when she gallops up and down the stairs. Very thin walls there.

I spent HOURS flying around exploring a map that never seems to end. I found more than enough shit to do while exploring.

As you said, if it were an asset flip scam, its doing it wrong.

27 hours spent on this damned game since Friday evening. Good grief. This kind of engagement has been rare for me lately, so I am super pleased on multiple levels.

Sure its simple and formulaic in ways. So what? The combo is scratching so many good itches.

Fuck sakes. Those features were free on my 2020 Telluride.

Spoofing that handshake would be a bad faith action, one that would not go unnoticed longer term. Instances with a bunch of bad faith actions will make the case for not federating with themselves.

You folks need to also be aware of the impact of federation, and how that amplifies a local minor spam issue, into frustration from federated communities.

The feed ends up being 6 posts of the same pic in a row. Multiply again across a handful of models, and suddenly federation with lemmynsfw looks overwhelming spammy.

I for one don't want to have to instance block. Others may be less hesitant, at which point you have made the pool of potential users (content generation and consumption) smaller.
