the first one I got helped me to keep on track with hitting goals and that got me down about 80lbs at peak. now i just keep upgrading for no reason minor updates.
4s,5,6p,6, 6s, xs, 12p, 13p, 14p, 15pm, from 5 to 12p my main was most flagship androids as they came out
This is pretty much what I do sport band most the time. Out for occasions swap the band.
