Two injured people are being treated at the scene with the incident still "ongoing", London Ambulance Service said. The Metropolitan Police says one man has been arrested.

Just another nail in their coffin. Wankers, the lot of ‘em.

I've always known it as secondary school

Same here, it gets unbearable - I sympathise with you. We have roof windows and last summer during the heatwave I think we touched 36°c inside. I'm dreading what might be to come this year. On the flip side in winter it was 8°c at times...Swings and roundabouts, right?

I thought I would post here to ask if anyone has tried inositol powder or tablets to help with PCOS related symptoms?

1 teaspoon of myo-inositol powder - dissolved in water - taken each morning seems to have completely obliterated my intense cravings / constant want to eat. It appeared to take effect the very same day that I started it. Initially I had some stomach upset, usually within 15 minutes of drinking it on an empty stomach. A week later this has settled down. I drink it slowly and have a breakfast such as porridge soon after. The real test will come after I next ovulate - whenever that is. If I still don’t experience any cravings then, I will be truly amazed.

I have also experienced a slight increase in headaches but this could also be due to dehydration. My biggest concern at the moment is hair shedding. I do lose a fair amount of hair but I feel like it may have increased. I can’t be sure if this is linked to the inositol or not but for now I will continue with 1 teaspoon daily and see how it goes.

Morning everyone. It has indeed rained! Had a good heavy shower yesterday evening. Today is a day of housework and food shopping now that it’s a bit cooler. Starting the week in a relatively positive mood - hopefully that continues!

Frances Tiafoe will now reach world ranking #10 after winning the Stuttgart Open - His first ever grass court final. It was a great match to watch, brilliant shots from both players. The crowd was really behind Struff, obviously. The championship point was fantastic.

Me too lol. Like, this is so wholesome and cosy I’m going to cry now.

Originally Derbyshire Dales. Currently Cherwell, it’s been over a year and I’m still homesick.

Happy Sunday all. It’s proper muggy here. My hair is looking increasingly like Monica’s did in Barbados.

I use a small zip pouch like a mini emergency stash. It’s small enough to chuck in my bag and I keep strips or singles that I’ve cut off of strips that are too big to fit in the pouch. Something like this :) Or maybe some kind of small plastic / metal container would give them a bit more protection but still keep them all together within your bag.

I went for a little walk on a stretch of the Oxford Canal in the Cherwell District area today, so I thought I would share a few pictures that I took. It was very peaceful. It makes my day when friendly boaters say hello when passing by.

I don't have a fancy camera or anything but I still like taking some pictures while I'm out. :)

This is my mug. I love it.

I'm just watching some coverage of Stuttgart and it made me wonder what tournaments everyone else likes to watch. In the past I have only watched Wimbledon but as I've gotten older I enjoy watching a variety of tournaments and slams.

Looking forward to Tsitsipas - Gasquet later!

I have to laugh at myself. When I was a kid I would get annoyed at my mum wanting to watch Wimbledon because it meant missing The Simpsons for two weeks (lol). Now I watch more tennis than she does!

I think there's probably been about 10 flowers in total. It's a shame they don't stay for longer but it's been lovely to see them!
