I think all they can really say is it's not on the near horizon, but every public company will enshittify at some point. I can't see a future where the investors will be OK for anything but going public or an acquisition by a public company. It's just a question of when, and when they start to turn the screw.

So many of the games I want to play run on Linux now, I no longer have a Windows install available to play this with EAs incompatible anti-cheat. It's a pity, but I'm not going back.
Fedora are always pushing boundaries, when you operate in that mode you're going to push a little too hard some times and I wouldn't want it any other way. This is still only a proposal, and I'm confident it won't pass.
Flatpaks don't use system libraries.
