I’ve read that argument before. You need to judge the player not the uniform. Different coaching staff too. Maye has played 2 full seasons to Trubisky’s one. He’s bigger better arm etc.

I’m really torn on JF1. Shows some great promise then looks bad. Holds the ball too long. Either no one open or he doesn’t see them. 49 turnovers in 35 games I heard on espn radio today. I also don’t think Getsy, Bears play caller/ offensive coordinator, does him any favors. My prediction is if the Bears get a top 2 pick, from Carolina, they take either Williams from USC or Maye from North Carolina. I’m truly torn. I don’t know what I would do if I was Ryan Poles Bears GM. I do believe either way we need a new head coach.
