Traded my old 14 pro for $650. After receiving item apple said they adjusted value from $650 to a measly $150. Apple’s reason as quoted: ‘Camera lens has small crack/pitting/chips with no impact to picture quality.’
My thing is, if picture quality is not impacted, and only one single lens out of 3 has a small crack.. why does that warrant a $450 difference? Makes no sense to me.
